Lincoln Loehr joined the firm of Heller, Erhman in 1990 and provides support to clients and environmental attorneys on matters of discharge permitting, total maximum daily loads, stormwater management, environmental cleanups and standards developments. Mr. Loehr has been actively involved for more than twenty years in following regulatory developments at both the state and federal level pertaining to water quality standards, sediment standards, groundwater standards, biomonitoring requirements, stormwater management, total maximum daily loads, cleanup standards and more. He has worked on wastewater discharge permitting issues in Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Oregon. Mr. Loehr’s education includes B.S. degrees in Oceanography and Geology from the University of Washington in 1969 and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington in 1977. He is the author of chapters on the Puget Sound Water Quality Authority, Sediment Management Standards and the Hydraulic Code in the Washington Environmental Law Practice Manual, published by West Publications.
